TASKS
๐ ๏ธ develop and implement international process management standards
๐ ๏ธ optimize procedures
๐ ๏ธ validate business cases to improve customer satisfaction as well as in-house and service provider quality
๐ ๏ธ establish process control
๐ ๏ธ define KPIs
๐ ๏ธ integrate the "voice of the customer"

Requisiti:
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
๐ผ proficient in process management and optimization methods
๐ผ familiar with customer care processes
๐ผ strong understanding of KPIs and interdependencies
๐ผ skilled in root cause analysis and deriving improvement options
๐ English minimum B2 level
๐ entrepreneurial mindset
๐ holistic thinking
๐ solution-focused team player with a stong quality&customers focus
๐ experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup
