Posizione:
Artemest is seeking a talented and versatile Interior Designer & Project Manager to join its Trade & Design P Team. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and commerce, supporting B2B clients—such as interior designers, architects, and luxury brands—in bringing their design visions to life using Artemest's curated network of artisan-made furniture, lighting, and décor.
While the creative direction often originates externally from our global network of design professionals, your mission will be to interpret, enhance, and deliver these concepts with precision, ensuring each project aligns with aesthetic, technical, and commercial expectations. You will contribute actively to the design process while managing project execution from concept development to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with international interior designers, architects, and trade clients to develop and refine design proposals for residential, hospitality, and retail spaces
- Take an active role in the interior design process, contributing layouts, furniture plans, and visual concepts that complement and enhance the creative direction defined by external partners
- Translate concepts into compelling moodboards, presentations, and curated product selections that reflect Artemest’s artisanal luxury ethos
- Source and style products from the Artemest catalogue and supplier network, identifying bespoke solutions aligned with the brief
- Ensure design feasibility, coherence with budget constraints, and alignment with the project’s commercial objectives
- Work closely with artisan suppliers to define tailor-made solutions, materials, and finishes, while optimizing production timelines and pricing
- Manage the full order lifecycle and coordinate with internal departments (Customer Care, Logistics, Order Management, Marketplace, and Administration) to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Oversee documentation, technical specifications, and compliance with required certifications and standards
- Evaluate margins and commercial implications at each phase of the project
- Identify new B2B opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and support strategic business development initiatives

Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture (specialization in Design Management is a plus)
- 3–4+ years of experience in interior design roles, ideally within luxury or high-end environments
- Experience working in B2B or trade-focused teams, with a strong understanding of both creative and commercial dynamics
- Solid design and visual communication skills, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, materials, and Italian design heritage
- Excellent project management abilities: you are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite; 3D rendering skills (e.g. 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar) are a strong plus
