We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Junior Sales Administrator Germany (Internship).

MISSION

He/She supports the customer Relationship from the incoming order to the post sales phase.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Manage customer portfolio and oversee the full cycle of customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Manage order data entry and price updates in the SAP system.
• Oversee order processing, verify product availability with the warehouse, and prepare technical documentation for shipment.
• Interact with both the finance and sales departments to resolve any issues related to the post-sales phase.

Requisiti:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, languages or similar;
• Professional working proficiency in Italian, German and English are a must have;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack;
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be considered a plus;
• Previous experience (thesis or curricular internship) will be considered a plus;
• Team working, good problem solving and organizational skills will complete the profile.
